That’s because they are not made with the widely grown Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot or Cabernet grapes. Mostly created from the Tomson and Campbell table grape they are categorised as Rare White and Rare Red Blends. All are fermented in French Oak barrels creating uniqueness in each blend, but they perfectly match spicy Korean food and sooth the palate. While Chateau Mani wines are winning awards, they have not been exploited by worldly demands (yet).</span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-family: Cambria; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The Cult Dry White wine created from a blend of green grapes is young and fresh with intense lemon/lime crispness on the palette. It would be ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and seafood.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-family: Cambria; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The Cult Dry Red wine is MBA blended creating a clear medium-bodied red with an exotic mix of wild berries and flowers. It has the delightful lightness of a Tempranillo and would be perfect with meaty pasta dishes.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-family: Cambria; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The Sweet Red is created from the popular native Campbell grape. Don’t let the cloudiness in the glass put you off, the full-bodied, fruity aromas and soothing, but not too sweet palette, make this the perfect accompaniment to Korean’s traditional spicy meals. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-family: Cambria; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The Ice Wine created from blended Tomson grapes is much lighter and not as sweet as most Ice Wines. However, it doesn’t disappoint.
